Best Home health & Hospice, Inc is owned and operated by Bernice Griggs, Carol Wolfe, Janile Kennedy, and Jennifer Zolcik. Best Home Health & Hospice was formed on October 1, 2005 in order to fill a much-needed void for services lacking in Uinta County in Southwestern Wyoming. Bernice, Carol, Janile and Jennifer bring over 50 years of combined experience to the home health care and hospice field. Best Home Health and Hospice continues to grow and expand our services to the people of Southwest Wyoming. Over the last few years we've added more staff, added more services, and expanded our coverage area with the opening of a second office in Rock Springs. Best Home Health and Hospice continues to grow every day and is looking toward the future with plans for a new building in Evanston as well as expanded coverage to include even more areas of Southwest Wyoming.
